From The Penang Bookshelf
Dear Friend

This is the first of a planned new series of newsletters that list both books newly advertised at The Penang Bookshelf and those which have arrived this month, but are yet to be advertised. Books advertised are highlighted in blue and linked to The Penang Bookshelf's main website. The remaining books' conditions are briefly described using the abbreviations at the top of the opposite column.

If you want to know more about any of these books, please contact me at penangbookshelf@gmail.com. The most up to date list of new arrivals on the site is in the Latest Arrivals section on the site.

In future I plan to send out these newsletters in the first week of every month, as long as my stamina lasts. This means that the next, much longer, newsletter will follow fairly soon. Obviously I'd also be grateful for any feedback you may want to give.

For those of you who find this bare bones list a bit tedious compared to previous more chatty newsletters, I plan to revive those as well, but on a quarterly basis.
